A psychologically healthy workplace fosters employee health and well-being while enhancing organizational performance and productivity.  The link between organizational profitability and an optimally performing workforce is strongly supported in the research.

The Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award program recognizes organizations who work to maximize the link between improved work force psychological health and their businessís strength.
